Rob had been out since just after dinner and I managed to get down just after 4 to find 5/6 kiters out but no windsurfers!!! They did'nt look overpowered and the wind seemed fairly light so I rigged the 9.4 and took out the carve. My first run out I realised it was windier than it first looked and my harness lines were too far forward,so returned to the beach to add more downhaul and ajust lines which made things alot better even though the 8.5 would have been better!!!! A mega reach across Bawdsey bay to met up with Rob in the river mouth, out with his 13m and just starting to backloop !!! As the tide was low and I did not have much water in the river so I left for a beat to the fludgers and back.I had a really good 2hrs 19 mins but sadly I was the only windsurfer out and it looks windy tomorrow and hopefully we will miss the rain.Met a kiter called Matthew Godfrey who has started a Facebook page for windsurfers/kiters sailing the dip/ferry check out - Onshore (Kitesurf and Windsurf) UK

Then met up with Rob and Mag for fish and chips at the dip - a good day !!!!
